Tried a NZD/USD long yesterday. A triple top entry which was going ok until FOMC hit and made a right mess of it. Stopped out within a few minutes of the announcement. Looking at the charts again with fresh eyes, it makes sense where the high was printed for the day.

NZD/USD 1hr Cumulative Zone

Took a EUR/USD trade on Monday that I held overnight and into Tuesday. A triple top buy signal with support forming at the high of a high volume zone (green).

As the trip draws nearer, i'm naturally getting busier and busier. I've to pack and move out of my apartment as well as get things to together for the trip itself. Nearly there! With all this in mind, I haven't had a lot of time for the charts this week. Not that i've missed much with regards to point and figure. I did get one trade in on Friday but this ended up with a very small profit of 0.4 pips.

Swissy is quickly becoming my favourite pair but this one didn't really take off. I'm happier with how I managed it than the trade itself to be honest. I would've been stopped out had I not closed the position when it wasn't looking too good.

USD/CHF 1hr PnF

I quite like trading the currency pair as well!

Not a great month by any means but i'm still feeling good about the strategy i'm using. With this in mind, it's less than three weeks before I head off to South East Asia so I think i'll probably start winding down the trading side of things. I'll be packing, moving out of my apartment and meeting up with a few friends and enjoying the last couple of weeks in Kinsale before heading off. Not to mention working in my other job every day until I finish on the 19th June.
